i approach ceramics with a desire to bring whimsy to life and share it with others.

almost every idea i have starts with “what if this mundane object had eyes and feet” and expands from there. sometimes it expands far beyond the original functional idea and becomes something completely different.

i love exploring the intersection of cute and creepy or pretty and ugly. when does a thing stop being one and become the other? i would argue the line is very thin indeed.
